We do not accept returns on perishable goods. All sales are final. Once a package is marked as delivered and verified by the shipping provider Fishetarian Fish Market is NOT responsible for the package. Please use caution when shipping to apartments or other buildings that share common areas. Any spoilage due to delayed shipping (weather/mechanical issues may be replaced depending on circumstances, and is subject to review by Fishetarian Fish Market.
Do you really offer FREE SHIPPING?
We are excited to say YES but you must have at least $95 worth of purchases in your cart!
What states do you ship to? We ship non -perishables to all US states. If you purchase $95 or more of non-perishables we will cover the shipping! We currently only deliver to the continental US. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii and outside the United States.
We only ship Perishable products within the state of CA.
How does delivery work?
If the order is non-perishable, we will ship it standard Ground, which may take 7-14 days for delivery. If the order is Perishable it will ship via UPS NEXT DAY AIR or FED EX Overnight and we will only ship in the state of CA. We will ship perishables using extra frozen gel packs and insulation.
We are not AMAZON! We are a small mom and pop business located in rural Sonoma County, CA. We are located on the coast in the small town of Bodega Bay. Orders are shipped once a week (on MONDAYS), except holidays, wind and weather permitting. In order to ship your order on MONDAY, we must receive your order by Sunday at 9 AM Pacific time, otherwise it will ship the following MONDAY. Please keep in mind that weather and unforeseen circumstances may delay your shipment. We strongly recommend that you schedule your order to arrive at least 10 business days before your desired usage date to allow for any possible delays.
How is the seafood delivered?
It is shipped inside insulated containers with frozen gel packs to stay fresh.
What happens if I am not home?
Your delivery provider will generally leave the package for you at your door, however we highly recommend you plan to be home within the same day of your delivery in order to unpack and properly store or prepare your fresh seafood.
Residential packages will be released to the door unless carrier deems the area is not secured. We will not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any international addresses. Please use caution when shipping to apartments and other buildings sharing common areas.
Is your packaging recyclable?

Is there anywhere to which you do not currently ship?
We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii and outside the United States.
