Keep in mind that we do not accept returns on “perishable goods.” All sales are final. Once a package is marked as delivered and verified by FedEx as the correct address for delivery neither FedEx nor Fishetarian Fish Market is responsible for the package. Please use caution when shipping to apartments or other buildings that share common areas. Any spoilage due to delayed shipping (weather/mechanical issues as referred to in the FedEx Service Guide) may be replaced depending on circumstances and subject to review by Fishetarian Fish Market.

Do you really offer FREE SHIPPING?
We are excited to say YES to those of you on the West Coast! We offer FREE SHIPPING to the entire Western Region of the United States! We also offer a very inexpensive flat rate of only $29.99 on shipping perishables outside of the Western Region. The Western Region includes: CA, WA, OR, NV, ID, AZ, and UT.

How does delivery work?
If the order is non- perishable we are going to ship it standard shipping and it may take 3-7 days for delivery. If the order contains fresh seafood or chowder, we will be shipping using extra frozen gel packs & insulation if needed.

FedEx is our shipping carrier. 1.888.GO.FedEx or 1.800.463.3339. We currently deliver to the continental US. Orders are shipped one day a week TUESDAYS ONLY, except holidays (wind and weather permitting). In order to ship your order TUESDAY, we must receive your order BY MONDAY AT 9 AM pacific time. OTHERWISE IT WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY. Also, keep in mind, Weather and unforeseen circumstances can delay your shipment. We strongly recommend that you schedule your order to arrive at least 1 business day before your desired usage date to allow for any delays.

How is the Seafood delivered?
It is shipped inside insulated containers with frozen gel packs to stay fresh.

What happens if I am not home?
No worries. Your delivery provider will generally leave the package for you at your door. Yet, we highly recommend that you plan to be home within the same day of your delivery in order to unpack and properly store or prepare your fresh seafood.

Residential packages will be released to the door unless FedEx deems the area is not secured. We will not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any international addresses. Please use caution when shipping to apartments and other buildings sharing common areas.

Is your packaging recyclable?
We strive to minimize our impact wherever possible by using recyclable packaging materials to our efficient shipping methods.

Is there anywhere that you do not currently ship?
We currently do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii nor do we ship internationally.
